On Friday, May 21, Healthy Minds Innovations founder, Dr. Richard Davidson, led a guided meditation for World Meditation Day – bringing together individuals across the world in a moment of interconnectedness and hope.

Dr. Davidson spoke about some of the topics discussed in his recent blog post for Psychology Today, A Post-Pandemic View of Mental Health, and led a 15 minute practice which cultivated several pillars of the Healthy Minds Framework for Well-Being (Awareness, Connection, Insight, and Purpose).

Ever the eternal optimist, Dr. Davidson believes that we can emerge from the mental health inflection point of the pandemic as a kinder, wider, more compassionate world. Check out the recording to learn how, and for a supportive meditation.
