NPR spoke to one of the students enrolled in our Badger Well-Being Challenge about our Healthy Minds Program app and mental well-being.

Thanks to our collaboration with the Center for Healthy Minds and UW-Madison, students will have access to student-focused meditations throughout the semester and beyond.

Katherine Zimmerman, a sophomore at UW-Madison, spoke briefly to NPR about how she’s been using the Healthy Minds Program app to meditate and track her mental thinking, and how she’s been feeling better because of it.

You can start training your mind with the Healthy Minds Program App, freely available thanks to the generosity of our donors wherever you get your apps.
