Chief of Staff to Dr. Richard Davidson, Healthy Minds Innovations

As Chief of Staff, Nicci enables Center Founder and Director Richard Davidson to most effectively deliver on our mission to cultivate well-being and relieve suffering through a scientific understanding of the mind. Through her leadership, Nicci ensures that the organization’s investments of time and resources are aligned with its strategy and critical path.

Nicci has more than 20 years of experience as a business consultant and project manager. Prior to joining the Healthy Minds Innovations team, she worked for the state of Wisconsin in various leadership roles that focused on strategic planning, project/program management and team facilitation.
