Born and raised in Southern California by immigrant parents from Taiwan, Natasha is a graduate of Yale Divinity School and a Board-Certified Music Therapist with a broad array of work experiences, which include teaching violin and piano in Northern and Southern California; working in low-income housing, hospice, and clinics for individuals with special needs throughout Southern California; and as an administrator at The Newman School in Boston. Natasha holds master’s degrees in East Asian Studies and Religion. She is currently pursuing a Ph.D in Practical Theology (with an emphasis on Education and Formation) from Claremont School of Theology at Willamette University while also training to become a chaplain in the hospital setting. She is an active part of an online and international contemplative community affiliated with Blue Ocean Faith and has also coordinated social justice and educational programs at the Orange County Interfaith Network, where she served as Intern and Educational Fellow from 2018-2020.
